Project Description:
This work consisted of the installation of a new seven inch extrusion press,
induction billet heater, extruded metal handling gear and also an ageing oven.
This is the second extrusion plant Hennessy Electrical Engineering has installed
for Inex.

Work carried out included:

	Design of Power Supply and Distribution.
	Installation of 1 x 750KVA, 1 x 500 KVA and 1 x Delta/Delta 500 KVA transformer.
	Main switchboards and Metering.
	Mains cabling to suit load.
	Site and Plant cabling, Field Instrumentation, Control Cabinets fit off and assistance with Commissioning.
	Design and Build of Control System for Ageing Oven.
	Electrical Installation and Wiring, PLC and LCD Screen for Operator Control.
