Because of continual company growth and wanting to integrate various
manufacturing facilities into the one production site our client purchased a
green field site in an industrial location.

This would enable our client to provide a range of services to their customers
from the one facility.

Being involved from the start of the project we were able to assist our client
by designing and installing site wide underground electrical power systems
and also lighting and power designs for their multiple purpose built buildings
on site.

To enhance the usable space within the new premises a distributed network
of water, air and power supplies were installed as a ring main around the
new moulding factory.

We worked very closely with our client in the months leading up to the relocation
date ensuring that the new purpose built facilities would equate to a smooth
transition for the existing machinery and plant.

This included detailing, scheduling and planning tasks for each day as well as
site safe management for the project duration.

Work carried out included:

	Electrical engineering in conjunction with mechanical works.
	Detailed logistics and pre-planning.
	Project and workforce management.
	Electrical design and installation of various buildings.
	Supply and installation of site power reticulation to Power Authority requirements. Allowance for future growth in capacity.
	Disconnection, relocation and reinstallation of all existing automated plant and equipment to new site.
	Installation of New Zealand’s largest Blow Moulder with a 1000 litre capacity.
